Martini Recipes Collection

The martini recipe post is my collection of many cocktails I kept and found interesting. An easy go-to place for ideas and recipes. The Martinis here have nothing in common with the Classic ones, except the glass, but that’s the name they are usually known for.

Babyface Martini Recipe

¼ Cherry Liqueur
½ oz Dry Vermouth
1.0 oz Strawberry Vodka
Shake with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with strawberries.

Banana Split – Shot

½ oz. Vodka
½ oz banana liqueur
½ oz Chambord
Pour the Chambord into a shot glass. Shake vodka and banana liqueur
Layer on top of the Chambord.
Increase the proportions for Martini. Serve the same way.

Black Forest Cake Martini 

¾ oz dark Crème de Cacao
1 ½ oz Vodka
¼ oz Chambord
Pour into a martini shaker with a cup of ice.
Shake well. Serve in a chilled martini glass.

Blue Sky Martini

2 ½ oz Skyy Vodka
¼ oz. Blue Curacao
1 Lemon twist
Shake over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist.

Chocolate Banana Martini Recipe

½ oz Banana Liqueur
½ oz Crème de Cacao
1.0 oz Vodka
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini cocktail glass and serve.

Chocolate Cake Martini Recipe

1.0 tbsp sweetened Chocolate Mix
1 oz Creme de Cacao
1/4 oz Frangelico
1 oz vanilla vodka
Lemon wedge
Moist the glass rim with a lemon wedge and dip it in the chocolate mix.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add vanilla vodka, creme de Cacao, and Frangelico hazelnut liqueur.
Shake vigorously and strain into the prepared glass.

Cookie martini

1 oz vanilla vodka
½ oz Baylis
½ oz Godiva
Shake and strain in a martini glass.

Creme Brulee Martini

1 oz Vanilla flavored vodka
½ oz Frangelico
½ oz Cointreau
¾ oz Cream
Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass – or serve as a shot.

Dirty Girl Scout 

1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
1 oz white creme de menthe
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Double Fudge Martini Recipe

½ oz Coffee Liqueur
½ oz Crème de Cacao
2 oz Vodka
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a chocolate straw and serve.

Espresso Martini cocktail recipe

1 oz cold espresso
1 oz vodka or vanilla vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz white creme de cacao or baileys
Pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds—strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with three coffee beans.

Espresso martini – Another One

1 oz vodka
½ oz banana liqueur
½ oz Kahlua
¼ oz apricot brandy
Double espresso
Shake with ice and strain in a martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.

Facciast

1 ¼ oz Stolichnaya vodka
¾ oz Campari,
½ oz lemon juice
Top with 7up
Highball glass with ice-filled.

Flirtini

1 ½ oz Stolichnaya Razberi Vodka
½ oz. Cointreau
Splash each lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
Splash of cranberry juice
a few raspberries, a sprig of mint optional

Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Shake the first five ingredients & strain them into the glass.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

French Martini Recipe

1.0 oz. Vodka
½ oz. Grand Marnier
½ oz. Chambord
1.0 oz. Pineapple oz.
¾ oz Sour mix
Shake with ice. Serve up in a chilled Martini Glass.

Godiva Chocolate Martini Recipe

½ oz Godiva Liqueur
1.00 oz Vodka
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Optional: swirl chocolate syrup inside the glass before pouring the drink.

Haleakala Martini Recipe

1 ½ oz Vodka
½ oz Chambord
2.0 oz Pineapple Juice
Pour the vodka, Chambord raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Honeydew Martini Recipe

½ oz Melon liqueur
½ oz Triple sec
1 ½ oz Vodka
Pour the vodka, melon liqueur and triple sec into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.

HPNOTIQ Berry

¾ oz. HPNOTIQ
1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
Splash of Chambord
Serve over ice in a rock glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and berries.

HPNOTIQ Split

1 oz. HPNOTIQ
½ oz wh. Cream de cocoa
¾ oz. Chambord
Shake HPNOTIQ and Wh. Add cream de cocoa, strain, and layer on the Chambord in a chilled martini glass.
Decorate with pineapple and raspberry.

Incredible Peach Martini

1 oz Stoli Peach
½ oz Peach Schnapps
½ oz Apple Pucker
1 oz orange juice
Splash of red cranberry juice

Kentucky Martini Recipe

3 TO 1 PARTS
Kentucky Bourbon
Clear creme de Cacao
Fill a mixing glass half full with ice cubes. Pour liquid ingredients into a mixing glass (optional: add one part of grenadine).
Stir or shake well. Strain into a martini glass. If you like, garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Mango Martini Recipe

1.0 cup Crushed Ice
¼ oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Triple sec
1.0 oz. Vodka
2.0 oz. Malibu Mango
 Pour all ingredients into a blender.
Blend well at high speed. Pour the drink into a Martini glass and serve.

Pajama Jackhammer

1 oz vodka
½ oz Blue Curacao
½ oz Peach Schnapps
2 oz Guava juice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.

Passion Martini

1 oz Vodka
½ oz Malibu Passion
½ oz White Creme de Cacao
Splash of Pineapple Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Peachy Martini Recipe

1.0 oz Peach Schnapps
2.0 oz Strawberry Vodka
Pour the strawberry vodka and peach brandy into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well and strain.

Raspberry Truffle Martini

1 part Raspberry Vodka
1 part White Creme de Cacao
3/4 part Cream
1/2 part Chambord Liqueur
Mix in a shaker half-filled with ice. Pour into a coco-rimmed martini glass.

Raspberry Lace

¾ oz Bushmills Irish Cream
½ oz coffee liqueur
1 oz raspberry vodka
Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass – or serve as a shot.

Red Rooster

¾ oz 151 proof rum
¾ oz Creme de Noyaux,
2 oz Guava juice
Splash of Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain in a glass filled with ice.

Russian Roulette Recipe

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Sambuca
1 slice of orange
Sugar

Mixed Instructions:
Fill two 1 oz. Shooter glasses with Kahlua and vodka and place a slice of orange on top of each glass.
Put the Sambuca in a wine glass and light it.
Pour the lit Sambuca over the shooters below and let it burn briefly in front of your guests.
Blow out the fire and instruct the drinkers of the shooters to drink out of the glass first and chew the Sambuca-soaked orange slice last.

Mamacita

¾ oz Malibu rum
¾ oz Passoa
½ oz Cointreau,
½ oz Guava syrup
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
Shake with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with Maraschino cherry and pineapple.

Toffee Martini Recipe

1.0 oz Vanilla vodka
½ oz Butterscotch
½ oz White creme de cacao
hot chocolate powder – to rim the glass
¾ oz half-half – optional
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a chocolate powder-rimmed glass.
Pour into a chilled martini glass.

Tootsie Roll Martini Recipe

2 parts vodka
1 part chocolate liqueur
1part Grand Marnier
Orange twist
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
