Ingredients

  • 2/3 French vermouth
  • 1/3 Bénédictine D.O.M.
  • 3 dashes Absinthe

Instructions

  1. Stir all the ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass.
  2. Strainain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Squeeze orange peel on top.

Notes

Original method of preparing the drink was to shake it and not stir it.
