Dalgona coffee combined with a Pina colada-style drink. It combines a mild coffee aroma and coconut flavour with a slight bitterness at the end (depending on the amount of sugar used in making the coffee foam).
1 1/2 oz white rum
2 1/2 oz coconut milk
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
2 teaspoons sugar
1 oz hot water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add ingredients, except rum and coconut milk, to a bowl and whip with a mixer until you see soft peaks are forming.
Shake the rum and coconut milk with ice. Strain into a chilled glass filled with few ice cubes.
Top with Dalgona foam.
