Lapsang tea cocktail

Lapsang

Lapsang is a potato vodka-based cocktail with a predominantly smokey flavour and a hint of Yuzu citrus aroma. The Lapsang Souchong tea introduces a smoking aroma, which can be compared to some Scotch malt whiskies. If you are unfamiliar with this tea, I suggest trying it; you will love or hate it; there is no middle option.

Make tea in your usual preferred way. I usually triple the tea and let it steep for a more pronounced flavour for about 5-7 minutes.
