These Aperol drinks are easy to make and refreshing. You don’t need any special equipment. Just a shaker, blender, and some ice, and you’re good to go.
Aperol Cosmopolitan
1 oz vodka
½ oz Aperol
½ oz triple sec
Splash of lime juice
Splash of orange juice
¾ oz cranberry juice
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
Note: add 1½ oz cranberry juice and a splash of soda water for a tall drink.
Aperol Margarita
¾ oz Aperol
¾ oz Tripple Sec
3 oz Margarita Mix
Blend with 1 cup of ice and pour into a Margarita glass.
* Instead of margarita mix, the better option is to use a house-made one with equal parts of lime juice and simple syrup -1:1, or 2:1 to add more sweetness and 1 tsp of orange and lime zest.
Bourbon Aperol
1 oz bourbon
½ oz Aperol
½ oz sweet vermouth
Stir with ice and strain over ice into a rock glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.
Icewine Aperol spritzer
2 oz Late Harvest Vidal wine
½ oz Aperol
Stir with ice. Strain and pour over ice. Top with Sprite or Champagne.
