Shogun is a gin-based cocktail made of gin, shochu, yuzu, and raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz Hendrick’s gin
  • ½ oz Shochu
  • 8 raspberries
  • ½ oz Yuzu juice
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 3 dashes of Grapefruit bitters

Instructions

  1. Muddle the raspberries, sugar, Yuzu, and lemon juice. Add the rest and shake it with ice.
  2. Double-strain it on ice and garnish it with fresh mint.
  3. Option: Add 8 mint leaves and muddle with the raspberries, sugar, Yuzu juice, and lemon juice.
