Ingredients
- 1 ¼ oz Hendrick’s gin
- ½ oz Shochu
- 8 raspberries
- ½ oz Yuzu juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 3 dashes of Grapefruit bitters
Instructions
- Muddle the raspberries, sugar, Yuzu, and lemon juice. Add the rest and shake it with ice.
- Double-strain it on ice and garnish it with fresh mint.
- Option: Add 8 mint leaves and muddle with the raspberries, sugar, Yuzu juice, and lemon juice.
