- 1 ½ oz Hendrick’s gin
- ¾ oz Aperol
- ½ oz Averna
- ¾ oz Yuzu juice
Instructions
Shake it and strain it into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with Yuzu peel; if you can't find Yuzu fruit, use Kumquat peel, squeeze it on top of the drink and drop it in.
