Apple Martinis
Apple martini
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. Apple Schnapps
splash of Cointreau
thin apple slice for garnish
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Sour Apple martini
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. Apple Schnapps
1 oz squeeze of fresh lime juice sour mix
thin apple slice for garnish
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Green Apple martini
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. Apple Schnapps
splash of Midori
1/2 oz squeeze of lime juice
thin granny smith slice for garnish
After dark Martini
2 shots of Stolichnaya vodka
1/2 shot De Kuyper Crème de Menthe
1 shot De Kuyper White Crème de Cacao
1/2 shot Extra Dry Vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Bahama Mama 2
1/2 oz. Malibu
1/2 oz. white rum
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. 151 rum
4 oz. pineapple juice
Shake with ice. Strain over ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Banana Mama
2 oz Rum
1 splash(es) Grenadine
1/2 piece(s) Banana
1 cup(s) Pina Colada Mix
Ice
Blend with ice
Banana Split recipe
1 shot Banana Liqueur
1 shot Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
Half-and-Half
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Cherries
Shake with ice and strain in an ice-filled glass. Garnish – cherries
Bermuda Rose
1 1/4 oz Gin
1/4 oz apricot Brandy
Splash of Grenadine
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Bikini Martini
1 1/2 shots Gin
1/2 shot De Kuyper Blue Curaçao
1 bar spoon Archer Peach Schnapps
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass.
Bourbon Milk Punch Recipe
2 oz. Good Quality Bourbon
1/2 oz. Vanilla Extract
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Heavy Cream
2 oz. Whole Milk
1/4 of 1 Egg White
Add the contents to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake until good and frothy. Serve in an old-fashioned frosted glass.
Caribbean Dream 2
1/2 oz Mango Malibu
1/2 oz Baylis
1/2 wh. cream de cocoa
1 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz of coconut cream
and a splash of pineapple juice
Blend it with ice and swirl Grenadine on top of it.
Chambord Colada
1.5 oz. white rum
1 oz. Chambord® raspberry liqueur
0.5 oz. Crème de Coconut
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 cup ice
Blend everything and pour it into a tall glass.
Chocolate Caramel Martini recipe
1 1/2 oz Grey Goose® vodka
1/2 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Godiva® chocolate liqueur
Shake with ice and strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish – chocolate shavings.
Chocolate Banana Martini recipe
Scale ingredients to servings
2 parts Ketel One Vodka
1 part White Creme de Cacao
1 part 99 Bananas Banana Schnapps
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Chocolate Monkey recipe
1 shot banana liqueur
2 shots creme de cacao
2 scoops of chocolate ice cream
1 oz chocolate syrup
4 oz chocolate milk
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 cherry
1 piece bananas
Blend the first five ingredients with ice, and pour serve into a Parfait Glass.
Garnish – banana, top with whipped cream, and the cherry on top.
Coco Loco recipe
1 oz dark rum
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz creme de banana
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz sugar syrup
Pour the rums, vodka, creme de banana, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and sugar syrup into a
shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve.
Creamsicle
1 oz. Amaretto Di Saronno®
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. milk
1 oz. orange juice
Shake with ice. Strain over ice in a tall glass.
Deep Razzy
1 oz Bacardi Razz
1 oz sweet & sour
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz Chambord
11/2 oz pineapple juice
Shake with ice. Strain over ice in a tall glass.
Dirty Banana 1
1 1/4 oz rum
1/4 oz creme de Banana
1 oz Cruzan rum cream
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz coconut cream
1/2 fresh banana
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled Collins glass or stemmed goblet and enjoy!
Dirty Banana 2
1 oz Creme de Banana
1 oz Creme de Cacao
1 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled Collins glass or stemmed goblet and enjoy!
Gabrielle’s X-Rated Kiss
1 1/2 oz X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
1 1/2 oz SKYYvodkaa
a drizzle of black raspberry liqueur
raspberry (black or red) for garnish
Shake the vodka and X-Rated with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drizzle raspberry liqueur over the sides of the glass.
Garnish with a raspberry.
Hawaiian Punch
Bacardi Hawaiian Punch
1/2 oz Bacardi® Limon rum
1/2 oz Bacardi® Razz rum
1/2 oz Bacardi® orange rum
1/2 oz Bacardi® Vanilla rum
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled tall glass.

Hawaiian Punch
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz creme de banana
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
Shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled tall glass.
Hologram
1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz. Triple sec
1oz Orange juice
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into the shaker and shake well.
Strain the drink into a Cocktail glass.
Lava Lamp
2 oz vodka or citrus vodka
1 oz raspberry liqueur
1 oz honey
Preparation: Pour the vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Mix the honey and raspberry liqueur well in a shot glass.
Use a spoon to drizzle the honey mixture into the vodka slowly.
Mai Tai – Trader’s Vic Bergeron, ALOHA!
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
Garnish: Pineapple & Cherry
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Serve on the Rocks in an old-fashioned glass or High ball.
Mai Tai*
1 1/2 oz 10 Cane rum
1/2 oz J. Wray & Nephew overproof rum
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
3/4 oz orgeat syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 mint sprig for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with two-thirds full of ice and add rums, Grand Marnier, orgeat syrup, and lime juice.
Shake for approximately 15 seconds. Strain into a crushed-ice-filled old-fashioned glass, and add the garnish.

Mango Cosmopolitan
2 parts MALIBU Mango
1 part Hiram Walker Triple Sec
1 part Cranberry Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Malibu Pineapple-tini
2 parts Malibu Pineapple Rum
1 part Hiram Walker Sour Apple
1 part Fresh Sweet & Sour
Splash of pineapple juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Melon Sour
1 oz vodka
1 oz melon liqueur
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1 maraschino cherry
Shake with ice and strain on the rocks.
Planter’s Punch 2
1 part Dark rum
1/2 part Orgeat syrup
2 parts Orange juice
1 part Pineapple juice
Combine all ingredients. Serve over ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and maraschino cherry.
Note: Variation reminds me of Mai Tai.
Pineapple martini
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. apple schnapps
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
thin apple slice for garnish
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Purple Hooter
Equal parts of Vodka, Chambord, and sour mix, Splash 7-Up
Shake with ice, strain into a Shot or small Rocks glass, Top with 7-Up
Red Lobster
1 part amaretto almond liqueur
1 part Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1 splash of cranberry juice
Shake with ice and strain.
Rum Runner
1 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz Blackberry Brandy
3/4 oz Orange Juice
3/4 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake with ice and strain over ice in a tall glass.
Sex In The City
2 oz. Curacao, blue
1 1/2 oz. Schnapps, peach
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Raspberry Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass.
Scorpion’s Tail
1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz Banana Liqueur
1 splash Pineapple Juice
Fill with Cranberry Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass.
Scorpion
2 parts white rum
1 part brandy
1 part lemon juice
1 part orange juice
1 orange slice
1 Maraschino Cherry
Shake all the ingredients with cracked ice. Strain and pour into a goblet.
Singapore Sling
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz HEERING – Cherry Liqueur
1/4 oz COINTREAU
1/4 oz BENEDICTINE – D.O.M.
2 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 dash(es) ANGOSTURA – Aromatic Bitters
2 dash(es) Grenadine Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Club Soda
slice(s) Orange
1 Cherry
Shake all the ingredients except the soda with ice and strain onto a highball glass. Top with soda.
Garnish with the orange slice and cherry.
Origin: It was created around 1915 by bartender Mgiam Tong Boom at the Long Bar in the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.
The recipe varies from book to book.
Strawberry Martini
2 shots of Stolichnaya vodka
1/2 shot De Kuyper Crème de Cassis
1/2 shot of fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Caster Sugar
4 strawberries
4 Muddle strawberries and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest, shake with ice and strain.
A Tropical Dream recipe
1/2 oz Malibu Mango Rum
1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1/2 oz Banana Schnapps
1 oz Stoli Vanilla Vodka
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 splash Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass.
Upside-down pineapple cupcake – Martini
1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 oz banana liqueur
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Pour Grenadine on four sides of the martini glass.
Casino Cocktails
Ace of Spades
1 oz crown royal
1 1/2 oz amaretto
fill Coke or Pepsi
Combine Crown Royal and amaretto in a tall glass filled with ice. Top with Coke or Pepsi.
Serve garnished with a sprig of mint and a stirring spoon.

Bet The Limit
1/2 shot tequila
1/2 shot Cointreau
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine ingredients. Strain into a shot glass.
Angela Pierce, Manhattan, New York. You can exchange Midori for Cointreau – to stay in the green.
Black Jack
2 oz scotch
1 1/2 oz Kahlua
1 oz triple sec
1/2 lemon
Squeeze the juice of a lemon into a shaker filled with ice. Add other ingredients and shake.
Strain into two chilled cocktail glasses.
Discovered in Reno, Nevada.
Cash Out
1 oz gin
1/2 oz Grand Marnier

Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Craps
1 oz white creme de cacao
1/4 oz Grand Marnier
1/2 oz mandarin liqueur
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz orange juice
Combine in mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Discovered in Paris, France.
Go-For-Broke
1 oz extra dry vermouth
3/4 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
1 dash Cointreau
1 dash bitters
Combine in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of orange.

High Roller
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz Grand Marnier
4 oz orange juice
2-3 dashes of Grenadine
Combine spirits and juice in a shaker filled with ice.
Strain into a tall rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a few drops of Grenadine.

1 oz dark rum
1/4 oz white curacao
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
1 tbsp grenadine
Combine in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist and cherry.

Poker Cocktail
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz light rum
Combine in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a lime peel.
Discovered in Lake Tahoe.
Push
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1/2 oz amaretto
3 oz pineapple juice
fill champagne
Combine brandy, amaretto, and pineapple juice in a mixing glass of ice. Shake.
Strain into a Tom Collins glass filled with ice and top with champagne. Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.

1 oz Crown Royal
1 1/2 oz triple sec
2 oz peach schnapps

One splash of orange juice
Combine in a shaker filled with ice.
Strain into a tall rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a twist of orange.

Snake Eyes
3 oz Kahlua
3 oz cream
1/4 oz Frangelico
In a mixing glass with ice, combine equal parts Kahlua and cream. Shake well. Pour mixture into two martini glasses.
Then, using a stirrer or narrow spoon, pour Frangelico into the center of the mixture to create the “eye.”
Always serve in pairs.
