Shots and Drinks

The shots and drinks collection continues my other Shooter’s recipe post; as it became too long, I decided to start a new one.

After dark Martini

2 shots of Stolichnaya vodka
1/2 shot De Kuyper Crème de Menthe
1 shot De Kuyper White Crème de Cacao
1/2 shot Extra Dry Vermouth
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

After Dinner Cocktail

1 oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz Triple Sec
Splash of Lime juice
Shake with ice; strain into a chilled martini glass.

After Eight Shooter

1 part Crème de cacao
1 part Crème de menthe
1 part Irish cream
Layer in this way.

American Flag

Equal parts of Grenadine, Cream & Blue Curacao
Layer in the exact order in a Pony or Shot glass

B-52

1 part Kahlua
1 part Baileys
1 part Grand Marnier
Layer. Pour slowly over the back of a bar spoon.

Banana Razz

3/4 oz Banana
1/2 oz Malibu mango
1/2 oz Chambord
Splash of pineapple juice
Shake with ice and strain.

Banana Split

1 oz. vodka
1/2 banana liqueur
1/2 Chambord
Pour the Chambord into a Martini glass. Shake the vodka and the banana liqueur,
Layer on top of the Chambord.

Black and White Shot

1 part Coffee Liqueur
1 part Vanilla schnapps
Carefully layer the Kahlua coffee liqueur over the Vanilla Schnapps in a shot glass. Serve.

Broken Down Golf Cart

1 part Amaretto
1part Midori
1 part Cranberry Juice
Shake with ice and strain.

Bumble Bee

1/3 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
1/3 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/3 oz Sambuca
This is a layered shot. First, pour the Bailey’s into the shot glass.
Then, take an upside-down spoon and touch it to the inside wall of the glass.
Carefully add the Kahlua. Repeat this process for the Sambuca. If done correctly,
the alcohol will stay separated and resemble a bumblebee.

China White

1 part Baileys
1 part Wh. Creme de Cacao
1 part vanilla vodka – optional
cinnamon
Shake with ice and strain. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Chocolate-Mint Martini

1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz White Crème de Menthe
1/2 oz White Crème de Cacao
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. It can also be served as a shot.
Note: similar to China White shot.

Cocaine Shots

Cocaine

1 part Blackberry Brandy
1 part Vodka
Splash of Grapefruit juice
Shake with ice; strain into a chilled shot glass.

Liquid Cocaine recipe

1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1/2 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
1/2 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur
Stir with ice and strain.

Cocaine Lady recipe

1 part Vanilla vodka
1 part coffee liqueur
1 part Bailey’s
1 splash peppermint liqueur
1 part milk
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a shot glass.
Note: The milk amount depends on whether it is a tall drink.

Coco Loco recipe

1 oz dark rum
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz creme de banana
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz sugar syrup
Pour the rums, vodka, creme de banana, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain over ice into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve. The drink can be blended as well.

Creamsicle Shot

1 part vanilla vodka
1 part orange liqueur or orange vodka
1 part wh. creme de cacao
Shake with ice and strain.

Espresso Shot

1 part Vanilla vodka
1 part Baileys
1/2 part espresso
Shake with ice and strain.

Hiroshima Bomber

3 drops Grenadine
3/4 oz. Archer’s peach schnapps
1/4 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
Mixing Instruction:
Fill your shot glass 3/4 way full with Schnapps. Then, carefully layer the Bailey’s on top of it. Finally, some drops of Grenadine are added to the center of the shot. If done correctly, it will look like an atomic mushroom cloud when the drop at the bottom of the shot glass

Jolly Rancher

3/4 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz Midori
1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
Splash of Cranberry juice
Shake with ice; strain into a rock glass or shot glass

Liquid Marijuana Shot recipe

1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1/4 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/4 oz Captain Morgan® spiced rum
1 splash of pineapple juice
1 splash sweet and sour mix
Note: Add more juice for the tall drink.

Mango Cosmopolitan

• 2 parts MALIBU Mango
• 1 part Hiram Walker Triple Sec
• 1 part Cranberry Juice
• Shake with ice, strain into a martini glass

Malibu Pineapple-tini

• 2 parts Malibu Pineapple Rum
• 1 part Hiram Walker Sour Apple
• 1 part Fresh Sweet & Sour
• Splash of pineapple juice

Monkey’s lunch

1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Banana liquor
Splash of Cream
Shake with ice and strain.

Orgasm

3/4 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Kahlua
3/4 Baileys
Shake over ice, strain into a Shot glass
Note: there are variations of this shot with different ingredients.

Penetrator 12

1 oz. Bacardi
2 oz. sweet and sour
2/3 oz. apricot brandy
2/3 oz. Midori
Shake and strain over ice.
This cocktail was the main drink for the Paris Flair Open, June 2005 competition. Tom Dyer from the UK won the competition.

Peanut butter and jelly

1/2 oz Baileys
1/2 oz Chambord
1/ 2 oz Frangelico
Shake with ice and strain.

Polar bear shot

1 part vodka
1 part peppermint schnapps
Stir with ice and strain.

Polar Bear – 2

1 oz Creme de Menthe (white)
1 oz Creme de Cacao (white)
2 oz 18% Cream – optional
Shake with ice and strain; if using cream, otherwise stir with ice and strain.
Note: this drink is also known as After 8.

Polar summer

1 oz Crème De Menthe (white)
1 oz Crème de Cacao (white)
2 oz Cream – half & half
2 slash of blue Curacao
Shake with ice; strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

Purple Hooter

1/2 oz. Chambord® raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. sweet and sour
Shake with ice and strain.

Red Headed Slut

1 part Jagermeister
1 part Peach Schnapps
1 part Cranberry Juice
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or shot glass

Red Headed Slut -2

1 part Chambord
1 part Crown Royal
1 part Southern Comfort
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or shot glass.

Redhead’s Nipple Recipe

1 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Vanilla schnapps
Pour the vanilla schnapps into a shot glass. Carefully layer the Irish cream on top, and serve.

Road Runner

1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. Amaretto Di Saronno®
1/2 oz. cream of coconut
Shake with ice and strain.

Scorpion’s Tail

1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz Banana Liqueur
1 splash Pineapple Juice
Fill with Cranberry Juice

Slippery Nipple

1 part Sambuca
1 part Baileys
Layer in a Shot or Pony glass.

Snake Bite

1 oz Yukon Jack
Splash of lime cordial
Shake with ice and strain.

Snake Bite 2

1 part Tequila
1 part Jack Daniels
Stir with ice and strain.

Tequila Poppers

1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz Seven-Up
Pour the tequila into a shot glass and top up with 7-Up.
Cover the top of the glass with the palm of your hand and bang the table.
As soon as the 7-Up fizzes, drink it in one gulp.

Yellow Bird #2

1 oz. Light Rum
1/4 oz. Galliano
1/4 oz. Creme de Banana
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
Shaken with ice. Stain on the rocks.
Note: Don’t shake Galliano. Float it on top.
