Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz white peach puree
- 4 oz Champagne
Instructions
- Put the puree in a mixing glass with no ice.
- Slowly pour the Champagne while gently stirring.
- Strain into a Champagne flute.
Notes
* Peach puree. Peel, pit, and purée the peaches and strain through a fine sieve.
For one liter of peach puree, add 4 oz: simple syrup and a few dashes of Grenadine for color.
