The Cherry Vodka recipe experiment happened by accident. I was going through my home bar inventory when I saw a whole bottle of unopened cherry vodka sitting there alone. At that moment, I knew I had to do something about it. There was one question, though: What should I do with it? I didn’t want to drink it straight up, on the rocks, or as a spritzer.
Then I decided not to go the easier way; I could use well-known classic drinks, substitute the primary liquor with cherry vodka, and see how it tastes. There were only two possible outcomes, “Yea” or “Nay.”
