Eden’s Ember is a Mojito-style cocktail with multiple layers of different tastes and aromas. It combines mint, apple, aromatics, and light spiciness of two Tabasco pepper sauces.
I created this cocktail in 2008 for Canada’s Tabasco cocktail competition, and it was chosen as the winning drink.
I also made a variation of Eden’s Ember and deconstructed it by simultaneously changing its appearance and preserving its taste.
