Espresso Milk Shake

1 cups milk
1/2 cup ice cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 oz espresso
All ingredients are mixed and served immediately.


Viennese Coffee Shake

1/2 cup black coffee
1/4 cup milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream,
1 tablespoon brown or caramelized sugar
Put the sugar in a heat-proof glass, pour the coffee, and stir. Add milk, stir again, and pour into a tall chilled glass.
Float the ice cream, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with a spoon, a long stirring handle, and a straw.


Indian Iced Coffee

3 cups of strong coffee
3 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
4 allspice beans
ice cubes
Put the spices in freshly brewed coffee and leave to stand for an hour. Strain and pour into 4 highball glasses over ice.


Arabica Coffee Shake

1 cup milk
1 cup boiling water
25 g coffee beans
3/4 cup condensed milk
300 g vanilla ice cream
100 g cream
Pour water on top of coarsely ground coffee for 5 minutes. Filter the coffee and let it cool.
Pour into a highball glass; add condensed milk, then milk, a scoop of ice cream, and top with one tablespoon of whipped cream, if desired.


Instant Coffee Vanilla Ice Cream Shake

1 cup milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
whipped cream
2 tablespoons sugar – optional
grated chocolate
Dissolve coffee in hot milk and let it cool. Put a scoop of ice cream in a glass and pour over the coffee-milk mixture.
Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. 


Espresso Shake

1 cup milk
4 oz cream
2 cups espresso
3 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons sugar – optional
1 1/4 cups mineral water
Dissolve honey in the hot coffee, chill it, and add milk and cream.
Blend well with mineral water right before serving.


Ice-mocha

2 cups of cold coffee Mocha
2 scoops of chocolate ice cream
Place two scoops of ice cream in a glass. Layer some coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle on top of chocolate shavings and cocoa powder. Serve with a long-handled spoon and straw.
Note: Make Mocha mix an even amount of coffee and hot chocolate.


Old-Fashioned Coffee Shake

2 1/2 cups strong coffee
2 cups liquid coffee-flavoured ice cream
1/4 oz Angostura bitters
Blend everything until creamy. Serve in a goblet glass.


Layered Fig, Orange, and Ice Cream

1 tablespoon fig jam
One tablespoon of orange jam
1/2 cup milk
1 oz cream – condensed milk
2 scoops of ice cream
1/2 oz lemon simple syrup
Put one ball of ice cream, fig jam on top, the second ball of ice cream, and orange jam in a glass.
Pour over the milk, cream – or condensed milk. Drizzle with lemon syrup on top.


Berry Coffee Ice Cream Shake

1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup strawberries
2 oz strawberry syrup
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
2 scoops of ice cream
Cut strawberries into small pieces and blend with strawberry syrup and coffee to puree.
Add the ice cream and milk and mix again. Serve in chilled glasses.


Fruity Milkshake Recipes

Apple Honey Cocktail

3 apples
6 oz milk
2 oz honey
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
few ice cubes
Pour the milk into the blender, add crushed ice, and peel and slice ​​the apples.
Dissolve honey in the pineapple juice and add to the mixture. Blend everything at low speed for 2 minutes.


Apples, Pears and Peaches

2 cups milk
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 oz blackcurrant juice
Dissolve sugar in the milk and mix with the juice. Serve chilled in highball cups with ice and a straw.


Apricot Ice Cream Shake

1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup apricot compote
1 1/2 cups of two different ice creams
whipped cream
Puree the apricots. In a wide glass, put one scoop of ice cream of one kind, apricot puree on top of it, and top with the second ball of ice cream of the other kind.
Add milk and top with whipped cream.


Apricot Milkshake

2 cups milk
500 g apricots
1 oz lemon juice
4 tablespoons honey
Puree the apricots and mix them with honey and lemon juice. Add cold milk and mix or blend – if using ice.


Banana Condensed Milk

3 cups fresh milk
1/2 teacup condensed milk
2 sliced bananas
1 oz lemon juice
Blend all ingredients and pour into a chilled glass.


Banana Pineapple Milkshake

1 sliced banana
1 cup milk
10 tablespoons
5 oz pineapple juice
1 tablespoon honey
a little bit of crushed ice
Dissolve honey with pineapple juice. Blend with the rest for about a minute. Serve in a chilled glass.


Blueberry Milkshake

2 cups milk
1 cup blueberries
Add sugar to taste
Washed and cleaned blueberries are crushed and mixed with chilled strained milk. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours and serve.


Blackcurrant Milkshake

2 cups milk
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 oz blackcurrant juice
Dissolve the sugar in the milk and mix with the juice.


Peach Shake

1 cup peaches
1 cups milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
a few drops of almond extract
Blend sliced peaches with milk and almonds. Pour halfway into glasses and top with ice cream.
Serve with a long-handled spoon on the side.


Raisins Milkshake

2 cups cold milk
2 oz raisin syrup or raisin puree
2 eggs – optional
crushed ice
Mix and stir for 2 minutes with a mixer if using eggs for 10 min. Pour into tall chilled glasses.


Raspberry milk

3 cups fresh milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup raspberries
Blend everything with no ice to make raspberry milk, or add some ice for a smoothie.

Note: This is a base recipe for any other fruity-flavored milk. If you choose not to use condensed milk, add 2 tbsp of sugar.
If dry fruits like Apricots are used, soak in lukewarm water in the evening. Boil them for 30 minutes until they are washed and left to cool. If desired, beat with a mixer to a puree and mix with cold and condensed milk.
Add sugar if using only milk. Serve with ice.


Chocolate-Banana Ice Cream Shake

1 scoop of chocolate ice cream
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream,
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grated chocolate
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon milk
Peel and slice the banana. Blend with sour cream, milk, and ice cream for at least 45 sec. Serve in cups and sprinkle with grated chocolate.


Orange-Pineapple Shake

1 cup milk
2 scoops of ice cream
1 1/2 oz orange syrup – orange simple syrup
1/4 cup pineapple cubes
2 oz cream
Mix everything in a blender. Serve in highball glasses garnished with pineapple pieces.


Orange Vanilla

1 teaspoon orange jam,
1 scoop of lemon vanilla ice cream
soda water,
ice
Put some ice in chilled glasses, place one teaspoon of orange jam into the glass, and one scoop of ice cream on top.
Top with carbonated water and serve with a straw.


Orange Juice Milkshake

2 cups of milk
1/2 cup orange juice*
2 tablespoons sugar
few ice cubes
Dissolve sugar and cold milk, add orange juice and blend if using ice.
Note: Orange juice can be substituted with any other juice


Strawberry Milk Shake

1 cup of milk
1 1/2 cup of ice cream
3/4 cup of strawberries
50 ml strawberry syrup
100 g cream glass
Put 1 scoop of ice cream strawberries on top, then the second ball of ice cream, milk, and whipped cream, and sprinkle with strawberry syrup. Garnish with 1 whole strawberry and serve immediately


Raspberry Honey Ice Cream Shake

1 scoop of raspberry ice cream
1 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup warm milk
Dissolve honey with warm milk. Pour into a blender jug, add the ice cream and raspberries, and blend well.
Pour into chilled glass.
