  • 2 oz soju
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Korean citron marmalade (yuja cha)
  • soda water
  • mandarin peel/wedge as garnish.


  1. Dissolve the marmalade with a splash of hot water and mix with the lemon juice in a shaker. Add ice cubes and soju and shake well. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a peel or wedge of mandarin, and serve immediately.
